I appreciate Ishu taking the time to consider with experimenting and suggestions to me over choosing a nail colour yesterday. It was the last appointment for the day but she didn’t rush and took care to do the job to a standard that the customer is satisfied! I got “cats eye” done on my short nails! I had a wonderful experience at this beauty salon, especially as it was my first visit. I went in for a protein therapy treatment for my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Shiva, who carried out my treatment, was extremely professional, friendly and attentive. She looked after me so well throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly and provided excellent customer service. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of.

The final result was amazing. My hair feels so much healthier, smoother and looks beautiful. I’m genuinely very happy with the treatment and my overall experience.

I had a really great experience at the salon, from the consultation right through to the final result. I wanted balayage, and I had previously been told that my hair had a lot of red pigment, so I wasn’t sure how light we could go.

However, the final result was a beautiful blonde, while my hair still feels healthy and in great condition. Considering my hair is naturally black, thick and curly, I’m really impressed with how well the colour turned out. I’m genuinely very happy with the result.
